Urban Splash, established 25 years ago by Tom Bloxham and Jonathan Falkingham, has been a game-changing entity in the property development sector in the North-West and subsequently expanded to become a significant presence across the UK.

In 2017, Node Digital was tasked with a complete makeover of Urban Splash’s brand identity. Our involvement was comprehensive, including brand identity refinement, the production of printed materials, web platform development, and creation of film and photography. This broad project also included various campaigns and exhibits. A key aspect of our work was building an award-winning website on Craft CMS. This cutting-edge website integrates flawlessly with Salesforce, providing users with advanced features such as property search and refinement capabilities.

The Salesforce integration allows in-house property management teams to operate as usual with the website automatically updating to reflect internal actions, thus increasing efficiency by eliminating content duplication by a website content manager. The link is in real-time, ensuring that information presented to users is always current.

Through the CraftCMS system, the handling of Urban Splash's digital operations has been profoundly optimized. Having shifted from WordPress, the new platform integrates effectively with Salesforce. This integration not only delivers live property listings to the website but also directs inquiries straight to the sales team efficiently.

The decision to adopt CraftCMS has turned out to be extremely advantageous for Urban Splash. Its simplicity and effectiveness have revolutionized their operations.
